Pixlar8K device guide
A MAG portal login uses a different setup from an M3U playlist or an Xtream profile. Confirm the portal address and device registration with Pixlar8K before changing the box settings.
Have these details ready
- Your device model, current software version and the exact player name.
- The matching subscription details: a full M3U URL, Xtream credentials or a portal address.
- A working connection and access to the player’s official setup information.
Add your subscription
- Find the device’s MAC address in its information screen or on the device label. Share it privately with support when portal registration is required.
- Connect the MAG device to your network and open its settings.
- Locate the portal configuration through the menu for your model. On supported Linux models this is in the system settings.
- Enter the portal URL supplied for your device. Do not substitute an M3U URL in a portal field.
- Save the configuration and reload the portal. If the portal is blocked or empty, ask support to confirm registration and the correct portal URL.
If the list or playback does not load
Check that the address is complete and that the fields match the format you were given. Remove accidental spaces, check whether the subscription is active and note the precise error. Avoid changing several settings at once; test one correction at a time.
