For a television using TiviMate, match the Add playlist option to your subscription details. Xtream credentials and M3U URLs use different entry screens; choosing the right one avoids common login errors.
Have these details ready
- Your device model, current software version and the exact player name.
- The matching subscription details: a full M3U URL, Xtream credentials or a portal address.
- A working connection and access to the player’s official setup information.
Add your subscription
- Install TiviMate through the official route for your TV device.
- Open TiviMate and choose Add playlist.
- Select Xtream Codes if you received a server address, username and password; use the M3U option if you received a playlist URL.
- Enter the matching details, continue and give the playlist a recognisable name.
- Wait for the channel list and guide to load, then test a channel. Check the EPG settings if guide data does not appear.
If the list or playback does not load
Check that the address is complete and that the fields match the format you were given. Remove accidental spaces, check whether the subscription is active and note the precise error. Avoid changing several settings at once; test one correction at a time.
